Abhijata Convention 2023 - Recordings of Class
Recordings of all classes from the Abhijata Iyengar Convention 2023 held at Twin Waters Resort on the Sunshine Coast Queensland Australia. The event was hosted by Iyengar Yoga Australia and held from the 8th - 12th February 2023.
The recordings include the 8 asana and pranayama classes held over the 5 days.
Access to the recordings will be on an ongoing basis i.e., there is no time limit on viewing the recordings and they can be accessed in 2 ways:
- Ongoing access via PunchPass. Instructions for how to access the recordings in PunchPass are provided below.
- Download of the files from Google. Please see the file sizes below. If you want to download the files, please email [email protected].
The duration of the classes and the file sizes are as follows:
- Day 1 Class 1 – 2 hours 22 minutes / 2.77GB.
- Day 2 Class 2 – 3 hours and 9 minutes / 3.75GB.
- Day 2 Class 3 – 2 hours and 12 minutes / 2.63GB.
- Day 3 Class 4 – 3 hours and 1 minute / 4.12GB.
- Day 3 Class 5 – 2 hours and 2 minutes / 2.39GB.
- Day 4 Class 6 – 3 hours and fifteen minutes / 4.31GB.
- Day 4 Class 7 – 1 hour and 44 minutes / 2.05GB.
- Day 5 Class 8 – 2 hours and 40 minutes / 3.99GB.
This pass is for students who did not attend the Abhijata Convention in 2023.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCESS TO RECORDINGS IN PUNCHPASS
Please follow the steps below to access the recordings in PunchPass:
- Sign-in to PunchPass using this link.
- Select “Content Library” on the top menu bar, as per the picture below:
- Select “Abhijata Convention 2023 - Recordings of Class” in the Content Library and the recordings will be displayed.
